Hillbilly Liquid Culture Syringe 10ml The Hillbilly phenotype of Psilocybe cubensis was first documented in Arkansas, USA, in 1999. Selected from wild specimens in the southern United States, this phenotype has become known for its adaptability, thriving in both indoor and outdoor cultivation environments. Its combination of resilience, above-average potency, and reliable performance has made it a long-standing favorite in the mycology community. Caps typically measure 4–7 cm in diameter, starting convex and maturing to broadly convex or nearly planar. They are a warm golden-brown in the center, fading to lighter, almost creamy margins. Stems are medium to thick, sturdy, and fibrous, usually 8–15 cm in height, with a white surface that often bruises blue when handled. Fruiting bodies tend to develop in dense clusters, producing a uniform thick canopy. Hillbilly colonizes grain and bulk substrates quickly and fruits abundantly, producing multiple flushes with consistent size and shape. It performs equally well in controlled indoor setups and in natural outdoor beds, making it versatile for different cultivation styles. Our liquid cultures arrive in high-quality 10 ml laboratory-grade Luer-Lok syringes. Each order includes a sterile 1-inch, 16-gauge needle for microscopy slide dispensing.
