Malabar Liquid Culture Syringe 10ml The Malabar phenotype was first documented along the tropical Malabar Coast in southwestern India, where it was discovered growing naturally on elephant dung. These specimens display broad, convex to planar caps that measure 4–8 cm in diameter, featuring a golden-brown center that fades to a lighter cream margin. Stems are thick, sturdy, and often slightly curved, with a fibrous texture and pale coloration. Malabar exhibits moderate colonization speed and produces robust flushes, often with a scattered to moderately clustered fruiting pattern. Yields are generous, with fruits frequently reaching impressive sizes. This strain is well regarded for its resilience under varied conditions and its ability to produce consistent results across multiple flushes. Our liquid cultures arrive in high-quality 10ml laboratory-grade Luer-Lok syringes. Each order includes a sterile 1-inch, 16-gauge needle for microscopy slide dispensing.
