Caps typically measure 4–10 cm in diameter, starting convex and maturing to broadly convex or nearly planar, with a golden to light caramel center that fades toward pale margins. Stems are thick, sturdy, and fibrous, often reaching 12–20 cm in height, supporting the heavy caps without collapsing. The partial veil is prominent and often leaves a thick, well-defined ring. Orissa India is a moderately fast colonizer, favoring warm, stable fruiting conditions. It produces flushes of large, meaty mushrooms with consistent yields, and is capable of delivering impressive canopies even in smaller grow spaces.
